The left section of the status bar shows the length of the Editor’s content with the label Read-only when the content is synchronized with the Clipboard or the label Editing when it is temporarily disconnected from the Clipboard.If a Clipboard history tool is configured in Options, two arrow buttons on the left and the right of the window allow to navigate in the Clipboard history (at this time, it’s been partially implement with Ditto only and will be implement with the Windows 10+ Clipboard history).Cancel to revert to the current content of the Clipboard.Save to Clipboard to save the content of the editor to the Clipboard (enabled if the Editor’s content was changed).Edit Clipboard to change Clipboard’s content.Also, when the Editor is in read-only state, you can reveals the end-of-line and tabs characters by checking the Invisible characters checkbox.Options above the editor box allows to select a Fixed width font, a Font size, the Always on top property of the Editor and Word wrap.When you’re done with your changes, click the Save to Clipboard to put the content of the Editor back in the Clipboard and paste it in any application.Press the Edit Clipboard button (or press Ctrl + E) to edit the text from the Clipboard.When the editor is in Read-only mode, it is synchronized with the Clipboard and selecting an item from a Clipboard history tools updates instantly the content of the Editor.Editing: then, the Editor works as any editor, you can add pieces of text using the Clipboard copy/cut/paste commands, or the Clipboard history as you would do with any other editor.Read-only: any change in the Clipboard as you copy or cut text from any application is immediately reflected in the editor in read-only mode.The Editor can be in one of these two modes:.When displayed, the Editor initially contains the actual content of the Clipboard and is in a read-only state.To display the Editor window, hit Ctrl + Middle Mouse Button or press Ctrl + Win + V (these shortcuts can be changed in the Options menu).
